ATLANTA - LaGrange College's
Hannah Miller has been named the Collegiate Conference of the South's Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the week of April 17, 2023.
Player of the Week | Hannah Miller, LaGrange College (2x)
Miller delivered an undefeated week as she went 2-0 in the one match on the slate. Taking on Agnes Scott, she would team with Kirsten Boyd to notch an 8-2 victory over Iris Ray and Katherine Cox at No. 1 doubles, before producing another strong effort in singles play. Miller would anchor the top spot and come away with a 6-1, 1-6, 6-0 victory over Leilah Lewinson. It's the second time this season she's been recognized with this award.
Rookie of the Week | Madison Parker, Huntingdon College (2x)
Madison won her singles and double matches clinching the win for the Hawks over Belhaven earlier this week. She posted a 1-6, 6-4, 7-5 win at singles and her doubles win was 8-4. It's the second time this spring she's earned this honor from the conference.

ABOUT THE COLLEGIATE CONFERENCE OF THE SOUTH
The CCS is an NCAA Division III athletic conference that began play during the 2022-23 academic year. The conference features nine members and sponsors championships across 14 sports. In addition to sharing the member institutions' geographic identity, the name 'Collegiate Conference of the South' is indicative of a shared commitment to academic excellence, which is commensurate with the NCAA Division III philosophy.
