ATLANTA - LaGrange College's Enrique Hernandez was named the Collegiate Conference of the South's Player of the Week for the Week of August 29th, 2022.

The senior forward from Labelle, Florida had a huge week in leading LaGrange to a pair of wins. Over the two matches, Hernandez scored three goals and added four assists. He opened the year with a monster two goal, three assist line to help lead the Panthers to a convincing 11-0 win over Millsaps.

The freshman goalkeeper had a great debut week for the Mountaineers, recording 270 minutes in net and making 23 saves over the course of three games as Berea posted a 1-1-1 record. In Berea's season-opener against Anderson University, Eris recorded a shutout win.

ABOUT THE COLLEGIATE CONFERENCE OF THE SOUTH
The CCS is an NCAA Division III athletic conference that began play during the 2022-23 academic year. The conference features nine members and sponsors championships across 14 sports. In addition to sharing the member institutions' geographic identity, the name 'Collegiate Conference of the South' is indicative of a shared commitment to academic excellence, which is commensurate with the NCAA Division III philosophy.
