WILMORE, Ky. (May 5, 2025) – The Asbury University men’s and women’s tennis programs have officially been selected to compete in the 2025 NCAA Division III Tennis Championships, marking a historic milestone as the first teams in school history to qualify for NCAA national postseason play. Both squads earned automatic bids after capturing the 2025 Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) Tournament Championships.
On the men’s side, the Eagles will face Averett University in the first round of the NCAA Regional, scheduled for 10 a.m. The matchup comes after an outstanding conference run that saw Asbury go 6-0 in regular season play to secure the regular season title and then won both matches in the tournament to clinch their first CCS Men’s Tennis Championship title.
