Hawks Claim Third Consecutive Tournament Victory At The Savannah Invitational

SAVANNAH, Ga.- Building off of their well-established lead through the first two rounds a day ago, #1 Huntingdon Men's Golf claimed their third win of the season this afternoon at the Savannah Invitational.

After closing out the Fall with a pair of victories at the OBJ Memorial and the Tartan Invitational, the Hawks have now added another tournament victory on the year to add to their already full resumé. Today's third round at the Club at Savannah Harbor was particularly successful, as Huntingdon closed out the final 18 holes with a 14-under par 274, ending the tournament -30 as a whole. In the victory, four Hawks placed inside the tournament's top ten, led by Jack Burr's runner-up finish. Stephen Bakerclaimed third, while Myles Cunningham took fourth and Cole Humphrey tied for 6th. Mat Gover rounded things out with a tie for the 43rd spot.
