HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. - Moving up one spot in the fourth round, Huntingdon Men's Golf has finished 10th at 2026 NCAA DIII Men's Golf Championships.
The Hawks rounded out the championship with a three-over par 291 to cement their position inside the top 10. Jack Burr carried his exceptional play from a day ago into today's final round, posting a 70(-2) to guide the Hawks and place tied for 24th individually. See below for Huntingdon's round four scores.
Round Four Scores
At the conclusion of the tournament, senior Jack Burr was recognized as a first team All-American for the second straight season. Burr, from Milton, Georgia, entered the National Championship ranked No. 6 nationally and No. 5 regionally, punctuating his spring with an individual championship at the 2026 CCS Men's Golf Championship — making him just the third Huntingdon player to capture that title. Burr posted a 70.0 scoring average across 28 rounds and recorded five top five finishes on the season. He also extended his own records for CCS Player of the Week honors, bringing his career total to 11, the most in conference history.

The Hawks historic 2025-2026 campaign has now come to a close. Led by head coach Dave Schreyer, Huntingdon collected 5 tournament victories this season while finishing inside the top three 9 times. The Hawks held the #1 ranking in the nation, both in the CLIPPD rankings, and the GCAA Coaches Poll, from October 31st, 2025, all the way through the Spring season. 5 Hawks received both All-CCS and All-Region honors in recognition for their success all season long.
