ATLANTA, Ga. (February 9, 2026) – The Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) has announced its softball weekly honors, released by the league office on Monday.
Kaleigh Steverson (Belhaven) was named
Player of the Week, while teammate,
Gracey Harbour (Belhaven) earned
Pitcher of the Week honors.
AR Sharp (Belhaven) was also tabbed
Rookie of the Week.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Kaleigh Steverson, Belhaven
First Base | Junior | Canton, Miss.
Kaleigh Steverson delivered a strong offensive performance to help Belhaven secure a doubleheader sweep of LeTourneau. The junior first baseman went 4-for-7 at the plate, driving in a run and collecting a double to pace the Blazers’ lineup. For the day, Steverson posted a .571 batting average and on-base percentage, along with a .714 slugging percentage, providing consistent production in both games.
PITCHER OF THE WEEK – Gracey Harbour, Belhaven
Pitcher/First Base | Junior | Batesville, Miss.
Gracey Harbour was effective in the circle, earning the pitching win in Game One against LeTourneau with three scoreless innings in relief.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – AR Sharp, Belhaven
Pitcher | Freshman | Liberty, Miss.
Freshman pitcher AR Sharp turned in a pair of strong relief appearances in Belhaven’s two wins over LeTourneau. Sharp allowed no hits or runs while striking out two batters across her outings. She earned the save in the opening game before picking up the win in the second contest.

The CCS is an NCAA Division III athletic conference that began play during the 2022-23 academic year. The conference features nine member institutions (Agnes Scott College, Asbury University, Belhaven University, Covenant College, Huntingdon College, LaGrange College, Maryville College, Piedmont University, and Wesleyan College) and sponsors championships across 14 sports. In addition to sharing the member institutions' geographic identity, the name 'Collegiate Conference of the South' is indicative of a shared commitment to academic excellence, which is commensurate with the NCAA Division III philosophy.
