ATLANTA, Ga. (October 6, 2025) – Isabelle VandeSchraaf (Asbury) was named Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) Women’s Volleyball Player of the Week, while Zoe Coelho (Piedmont) earned Defensive Player of the Week, released by the league office on Monday.
 
Alex Krabs (LaGrange) was also tabbed Rookie of the Week.
 
PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Isabelle VandeSchraaf, Asbury

Asbury sophomore outside hitter Isabelle VandeSchraaf led the Eagles to a 3-0 week with conference sweeps over Covenant, Agnes Scott, and Belhaven. VandeSchraaf totaled 28 kills and 20 digs across seven sets, averaging 4.00 kills and 2.86 digs per set while also adding two service aces and a block. Her consistent two-way play helped power Asbury to its undefeated week in CCS action.
 
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Zoe Coelho, Piedmont

Piedmont senior libero Zoe Coelho anchored the Lions’ defense with 69 digs over four matches, averaging an impressive 6.27 per set. Coelho posted double-digit digs in every contest, including 20 or more in three matches and a career-high 30 in a four-set win over Wesleyan. She also contributed 11 assists and three service aces to round out an outstanding week in the back row.
 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Alex Krabs, LaGrange

LaGrange freshman outside hitter Alex Krabs made a major impact at the Panthers’ weekend tri-match, helping her team earn a split against Covenant and Piedmont. Krabs delivered 16 kills and 17 digs, both team highs, in a five-set battle against Covenant, then led the Panthers to a sweep of the host Lions. She finished the week averaging 3.13 kills and 3.38 digs per set, along with seven total blocks, to pace LaGrange on both sides of the net.
