PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Brock Boehling, Covenant

Brock Boehling delivered a strong performance to help Covenant secure a 6–1 team victory over MUW. Competing in singles play, the senior earned a decisive 6–2, 6–3 win over Giangregorio, helping clinch momentum for the Scots. Boehling also contributed in doubles action, teaming with Graham Hayes to capture a 6–4 victory over Garcia and Fernandez.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Lincoln Shine, Covenant

Freshman Lincoln Shine picked up a straight-sets victory in his lone singles appearance of the week. Shine defeated MUW’s Fernandez, 6–2, 6–3.
DOUBLES TEAM OF THE WEEK – Brock Boehling/Graham Hayes, Covenant

The Covenant tandem of Brock Boehling and Graham Hayes earned a key doubles win at the No. 2 position, defeating MUW’s Garcia and Fernandez, 6–4. Their victory helped set the tone in Covenant’s 6–1 team triumph.

ABOUT THE COLLEGIATE CONFERENCE OF THE SOUTH (CCS)
The CCS is an NCAA Division III athletic conference that began play during the 2022-23 academic year. The conference features nine member institutions (Agnes Scott College, Asbury University, Belhaven University, Covenant College, Huntingdon College, LaGrange College, Maryville College, Piedmont University, and Wesleyan College) and sponsors championships across 14 sports. In addition to sharing the member institutions' geographic identity, the name 'Collegiate Conference of the South' is indicative of a shared commitment to academic excellence, which is commensurate with the NCAA Division III philosophy.
