ATLANTA, Ga. (November 3, 2025) –
 Kylie Wilhelmi (Maryville) was named Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) Women’s Volleyball 
Player of the Week, while 
Kayla Robinson (Belhaven) earned 
Defensive Player of the Week, released by the league office on Monday.
 
Tarryn Woodall (Belhaven) was also tabbed 
Rookie of the Week.
 
PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Kylie Wilhelmi, Maryville

Maryville senior outside hitter Kylie Wilhelmi capped off the regular season with a standout showing in the Scots’ tri-match weekend. Across three matches, Wilhelmi totaled 47 kills, 30 digs, three assists, four blocks, and two service aces for 51.0 total points. Her dominant offensive performance helped solidify Maryville’s position as the No. 2 seed heading into postseason play.
 
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Kayla Robinson, Belhaven

Belhaven junior Kayla Robinson anchored the Blazers’ back line with 51 digs across three matches, averaging more than 17 per match in a 2–1 week of conference play. Robinson also contributed 14 assists and six service aces, playing a key role in Belhaven’s 3–1 victory over Huntingdon and helping the Blazers close the regular season strong.
 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Tarryn Woodall, Belhaven

Belhaven freshman Tarryn Woodall continued her strong debut season with an impressive all-around performance, tying for the team lead with 29 kills during a 2–1 week in CCS action. Woodall recorded double-digit kills in two matches, including a .391 hitting percentage against Maryville, and added six service aces, 27 digs, and four blocks.

ABOUT THE COLLEGIATE CONFERENCE OF THE SOUTH (CCS)
The CCS is an NCAA Division III athletic conference that began play during the 2022-23 academic year. The conference features nine member institutions (Agnes Scott College, Asbury University, Belhaven University, Covenant College, Huntingdon College, LaGrange College, Maryville College, Piedmont University, and Wesleyan College) and sponsors championships across 14 sports. In addition to sharing the member institutions' geographic identity, the name 'Collegiate Conference of the South' is indicative of a shared commitment to academic excellence, which is commensurate with the NCAA Division III philosophy.
